Cancellation by the Customer

If you need to cancel your booking, please inform us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the number of days before your scheduled arrival:

• If cancelled before 1st October 2024, 100% refund will be processed. 
• If cancelled between 1st October 2024 to 31st October 2024, 75% refund will be processed.
• If cancelled between 1st November 2025 to 15th November 2025 50% refund will be processed.
• If cancelled after 15th November 2025, no refund will be processed.

Please note, there will be transaction charges as charged by the payment gateways and banks which will not be a part of the refund and will be deducted.

Changes to Bookings

If you wish to change your booking in any way, we will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, changes are subject to availability and any additional costs incurred due to the change.

Cancellation by Us

In the unlikely event that we must cancel your tour package due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you the choice of:

• A full refund of all monies paid, or
• An alternative tour package of comparable standard, subject to availability.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 30 to 60 days of the cancellation request. The refund will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise requested by the customer.

Force Majeure

We will not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under this agreement if such failure is caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, government regulations, disasters, strikes, civil disorder, or curtailment of transportation facilities. In such cases, we will not provide a refund but will offer a credit for a future booking.

Insurance

We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical expenses, personal accident, personal baggage, money, and public liability before traveling.

Amendments to the Policy

We reserve the right to amend this refunds and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.
